What does it mean to be an 'Affiliate', a matchmaker
between a likely partner and MGCS / KnocKnocK Coaching?
As a KnocKnocK Affiliate (KKC - life coaching, facilitation, mentorship) or an MGCS Affiliate (organizational and corporate coaching) you can spread a FLAME.
Lighting a flame is a deceptively simple act: It's a simple thing to do, and has many, sometimes invisible ramifications. It can work with ripples. You can start a ripple effect easily. One match lights a candle, which can light many others. Sometimes, it happens through the action of one flame sharing its light at a time. One candle lights another - sometimes it's a secret, special moment between people; perhaps, a smile at the right time. Perhaps, it's something else, a gesture, a moment of sharing an insight. It could be anything - it's about tuning in. Sometimes, it's at a social gathering, or at a party. It could be at a big or a small business meeting. a community meeting or a mammoth Michael Jackson concert. You don't always know, but sometimes your action/s may land up being more powerful than you imagine. Maybe, maybe not. You could be doing a small or a big thing, when you do something. When you see a struggle and make a match with KKC or MGCS it could have major or minor consequences. It's like this with anything in life. In other words: You strike a match. If it lights, light and warmth may spread where they are needed, contributing to growth, healing, and a better world, one step at a time. I'm inviting you to light up dark (struggle) spots together with me. If you tell someone or some people about this opportunity to explore in a meet-up on zoom with me, where they can make breakthroughs and how, you could create a special effect for many whom that person's connected with, too.
This ripple effect can work with darkness, too - if you don't do something - the darkness can spread ...because no one does anything. An insult can result in someone bullying someone to do something upsetting, sometimes something heinous. Sometimes something only effects one person, or it can effect many. The possibilities when we consider how our actions can spread - can be overwhelming. Let's just consider for a moment: Our actions can have serious results - if we do or don't do something. We're always at a crossroads, and we can see this or not.
This invitation can, at times, be a gentle challenge. When you see some darkness in someone or between or among people around you, it can feel like: 'This is not my problem.' The invitation goes a little deeper: Can you be 'part of the flow' and create ripples at the same time? Engage with the currents you see while you tune in with this opportunity to spread light on the darkness. Could you banish some blindness or lighten some struggle you're seeing? When you see a possibility for better communication and emotional intelligence, better relating with self and other, you can share that there's a coaching partnership or a coaching/education program available to hold the space for this to grow into a more beneficial interaction. Can we tune in for better alignment?
I'm saying: We always have a choice. We can stand by, watch what happens, and let it be. Or, become more active and contribute to growth and healing.

Most people are irritated by these 3 things for good reason.
This is attraction marketing.
It's all about natural flow and simply allowing to be what it's being and may wish to become.
There's no need to start being on a soap box or behind a pulpit. Only if they have an inner inclination to grow will people change for the better.
There is a lot of struggle and of pain amongst people in this world. Each of us can make a difference in how we hold an opportunity to overcome struggle. Struggle can become an opportunity for treasure and for growth. Or we can remain the same. Sometimes, this is like staying on a hamster wheel going round and round.
Sometimes, faced with a struggle, it can feel like too much effort to intervene. Sometimes, it doesn't have to be. Sometimes, it feels like it's none of our business. Other times, we empathize more, and while keeping a boundary we do something useful. Life-changing. growth is valuable. Mostly, it doesn't arrive without, at least some, sometimes more, investment of effort, time, finance and taking a leap. The option is: Leave things as they are, OR let's do our bit.
What I'm saying here is that sometimes doing our bit can be making a match between the person, or people, you see and KKC or MGCS.
